"We did our research before choosing this particular hotel. We are quite familiar with Fredericksburg and the area where the hotel is located. It is not the best...located off of a VERY busy highway with a lot going on around it. The outside of the hotel looks old and warn. However, We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been recently renovated. Although the area is busy, it was quiet without a lot of noise so a pleasant night's sleep could be had. We enjoyed our 2 nights there...

"This hotel is beyond amazing. It felt like high class living. Even had a full size washer & dryer in our room. There are a few small cons- #1- the amenities are located in the clubhouse which is down the street #2- everything is digital and done on your phone. You check in and get your key on your phone. There is no front desk. It’s just odd if this is your first time staying here but now that we know how it works, it’s not so bad. "

"Check out was relatively smooth but I can’t say that for all the guests attempting to check in. Once we got to the room the presentation was good but it went downhill a bit after that. The floors were sticky, like audibly sticky when you walked on them with shoes. The fridge and freezer did not work. The bed were extremely comfortable though. There was a very odd black spatter stain on the floor just inside the door. "
