"All good and quiet"

"This place was very disappointing. When we arrived to check in, one staff member was on the phone speaking loudly and sounded upset. I was trying to check in with another staff member, but the noise made it difficult to hear the person assisting me. As someone who travels often, I have never encountered such an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff member helping us was not particularly friendly either. I considered leaving right away but stayed to avoid being charged a fee. When we entered the room, there was a strong Febreze smell that made it hard to breathe. We kept the window open all day, but the smell lingered. We also noticed that our neighbour had placed their room service dishes outside their door in the early evening. By late the next morning, when we were leaving our room, those dishes were still there. I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it."

"Front desk staff were amazing - we asked where to eat and the pulled up a whole page list of restaurants, even indicated which were walking distance. Room and great, view was amazing. "

"The whole hotel needs to be renovated. The lobby is deceiving. The room I was in smelt like musky mildew the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly the bath tub was brown with dirt the toilet tank was sweating very badly that the bathroom floor was always wet the big room window leaks. I could go on and on but I won’t. I don’t recommend this hotel "
