Immaculate room. Excellent layout. Adequate bedding and towels. Very private. Shower with sitting area was nice, full tub would be even better. Front desk staff was polite and hardworking. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

Very friendly staff. Quick and easy to book in. Clean room, great bed. My 2 complaints would be : having the tv available to watch in the bedroom area and our room was right above the underground parking lot. Every time the door opened and closed it was very noisy. Woke up from sleep every time door was used.

The room was spacious and clean. We weren’t in the room very long as we were in the city for a wedding, but it was nice to come back to a very quiet area and get a good night sleep. coffee was nice. There was no sugar, coffemate or face cloth. Checking in was a little bit trickier than we thought but we were able to meet Kamal just before 3:30 at the counter and got all checked in. I would suggest sending out the app information prior to check in time the event that someone doesn’t have a way to download the app to create a room key. Maybe the day before.

It is an unusual property and there are obvious signs that work has been done to modernize. The staff member who checked us in was lovely but no way to even get in to the property until check in time. (I think it is a small staff doing multiple roles) At first glance the room is clean and the kitchenette was excellent, even with an air fryer. A closer look suggests that some deeper cleaning is needed, especially walls. We only stayed one night and were at a wedding so knew we would not be spending any time in the room other than sleeping. The rate was excellent in this crazy accommodation market.

We stayed in the bigger room (deluxe) facing the parking lot rather than the road. The room is basic but has all you need, utensils, plates, glasses, coffee machine, kettle and even an air fryer. They also give you two bottles of water in the fridge and some microwaveable popcorn, granola bars and coffee and tea. The room was clean and I appreciated that the caulking in the shower was clean and looked new (there was no mold). The mattress was on the firmer side. Although we could hear a child crying one of the days the other days and night was quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite and walked me to the room at check in. Overall is was a great place to stay and more affordable than other hotels.

I was impressed by the friendliness of the front desk clerk. She brought us extra towels and showed us personally to the room. The space was in a surprisingly quiet location and I had an amazingly restful night.
