「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

I cannot give the hotel a 5 star rating purely because it is a middle tier hotel without the level of expensive quality and services provided at higher end hotels. Having said that, it is precisely what I needed (economical, comfortable, and meeting all of the basics) in the middle of a long and exhausting motorcycle trip.」

「The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.」
