「Great Location!」

「Room was big and fit our family well. Beds were comfy and we slept great. Breakfast had limited options and was very picked over by 9am. Wasn’t sure how to order a coffee in the lobby as there was no one there making drinks. 」

「Outstanding room and location, and great to have available garage parking. A few things dropped this stay down a star. First, the parking was advertised as $29/night when I booked. When I arrived, they said the price was raised to $40/night, even though their website still had the lower price, which was an unpleasant surprise. Also, there is only one elevator, and I often had to wait a while for it. Overall, I'd probably still come back due to the excellent location.」

「False advertising. The rooms are not suites. They call them suites because the rooms can connect, but their rooms do not have a separate door to the bedroom. Room doesn’t come with coffee machine, you have to ask for it. Everyone in the hotel is expected to use 2 automatic coffee machines in the lobby that take a while to work. 」
