"Brilliant hotel. Clean, modern, staff who were so welcoming and professional. Comfortable beds, quiet corridors and everything you need. Lovely open spaces giving the place a relaxed and comfortable feel and easy access to the city via tram. "

"We only stayed for one night, but overall it was pleasant. The reception area smelled great and made a good first impression, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. I asked for a high-floor room at check-in and they accommodated the request, which I appreciated, although it was right next to the lifts and that wasn’t ideal. That said, I didn’t hear any noise. The room itself was clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and warm with decent water pressure. All in all, a solid stay that did what it needed to do."
