「The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend!」

「Very small (but beautiful) rooms. Not much storage in ours. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. Easy access to transportation. Great location for food, the park, the river, and the art museum. 」

「After being stranded by American in CLT, the Hampton Inn was a Blessing to arrive at midnight. A very friendly desk staff and super clean room as well as Very Comfy Bed!. The free breakfast was great as well.」

「Stunning place to stay. So much history. The area where the mansion is located is beautiful. The room was nice, the bed was super comfy, hotel staff are fantastic and very eager to help. Breakfast was delicious with many things to choose from. We were even able to order off the menu.
We had an issue with the heat, but it was promptly taken care of. We would most definitely stay there again.」
