""I had a very poor experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. Upon arrival, I was blindsided by a demand for a double deposit, which was never mentioned during booking. The service did not improve from there: • Unprofessional Staff: When I called to request a late check-out, the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissed the request immediately. • Subpar Rooms: The rooms are very small and lacked basic amenities like a microwave. • Cleanliness Issues: The mattress on the pull-out couch was visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable. • Check-out Issues: To top it off, when I checked out, I was told I couldn't have a receipt for my stay. Between the hidden fees, the lack of cleanliness, and the poor attitude of the staff, this stay was not worth the money. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.""

"The room itself was very clean, but it was outdated and a little run-down. The pool area definitely needs some attention. There were leaves everywhere, and there was a pool chair sitting in the pool the entire week we were there. The hot tub also needs to be deep cleaned. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend this location for a young family or a group of girls. The area surrounding the hotel is fairly decent, with a lot of restaurants nearby, and it shares a parking lot with In-N-Out. However, there were definitely some interesting people staying there who made our stay a little uncomfortable. We chose this hotel because we wanted a cheap place to stay for a week-long beach trip, and I can say we got what we paid for."

"Under renovation. Rooms are ok. In room amenities were poor soap etc. Towel not so great. Lot of noisy guests. Probably ok for quick overnight stay for the price. After renovations, if they increase the price to $140 range then I would avoid. "

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. I knew this was an older property when booking and I was fine with that. The issue for us was the condition of the rooms. We arrived after a long 6-hour drive and the mattress in our first room was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I was so tired that night that I didn’t call the front desk, but the next morning after getting ready to leave for the day I asked if we could switch rooms. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room with somewhat better beds, although the mattresses still felt quite old. Unfortunately, on the second day I went to take a shower and found hair in the bathtub, and the drain was clogged. At that point I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. The staff was kind, but the property and rooms could really benefit from updates and better housekeeping."

"Considering how poorly the property has been maintained, the room was spotless and smelled very clean. We checked in after a long late might flight and were told that the parking lot was full and that we would have to park in a different lot and get up before 8 to move the car. The hotel is directly next to the freeway and the sound is loud. It is however in a convient location. "
