「The staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is a beautiful place to stay with scenic views…highly recommend.」

「Would recommend that if you pay more for a lake view room know that you may only see the lake if you’re standing at the window looking out at a sharp angle. A better description would have been partial lake view. Additionally, there are roof top blowers that go all the time from either below or from the adjacent property. Couldn’t have windows open. Too high a price for what you get」

「Overall, the hotel was excellent and was in a great location. Right next door was a car wash that was still operating at 10 PM (this can be important after driving through bugs in the Upper Peninsula). Also next door was a Buffalo Wild Wings. The hotel was generally clean although I did find one hair in the bathtub. The staff was friendly although they can be a little slow getting to the desk for check-in. I appreciated the availability of parking and the selections for breakfast.」

「The room was clean and well kept. Because of the lights above the door to our room, there were always bugs on the door that occasionally got into the room. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was below average. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub several times during our stay but I did think there could be more care/maintenance to those areas. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.」
