"The hotel was ok, rooms are spacious and clean. Location was good, as restaurants and attractions were closed by and mostly the beach was a short walk away. Our favorite part, as we had our two kids with us. But, the pool needs a little bit more maintenance, water was cloudy. And if you have any pets as we did, this is a good place to stay. Had plenty of space to walk them."

"The staff was efficient, pleasant, and generally well-trained. Many of the staff are foreign students at the property for the summer to enhance their English language skills, so sometimes there was a language barrier. For the first few days, there was lukewarm water in the shower and bathtub. It took well over 24 hours for the staff to check the issue and finally resolve it. At times, the hot water side of the shower and bath would turn to very cold water without warning, then back to lukewarm water. The food in the main restaurant was very good, as was the service. The food at the adult pool was marginal at best. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice property. It just needs a few tweaks by management."

"Realmente fue excelente la estancia. Tiene todo lo necesitado para estar comodo. Excelente atencion de Maria . Excesional y muy profesional su atencion. Solo un inconveniente, entregamos la habitación el dia sabado y regresamos el dia domingo porque dejamos unas saldalias en la habitación olvidadas lastimosamente no fueron entregadas a objetos olvidados. No las pudimos recuperar estaban nuevas sin uso . Pero por lo general me volveria hospedar ."

"Property was not as well maintained as it appears in the photos, but the room was clean and the onsite dining was good. Location is great. Beside the pier and quick access to Destin and Miramar."

"Balcony door was hard to open and shut and the coffee maker was messed up. We were able to make coffee but had to hold it down while brewing. Was not aware that there would not be maid service. Other than that it was fine."
