"There is as a nice continental breakfast. The room was fine but the floors could have been cleaner. No good places to eat dinner nearby."

There were bugs present, and the window appeared to be broken and covered with plastic, which did not feel secure or acceptable for a paying guest. In addition, the overall environment did not feel safe, with concerning activity in the parking lot late at night. This stay was valued at over $100, and even for a budget property, basic standards for cleanliness and safety should still be met. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I raised these concerns with Hotels.com and am currently waiting on resolution."
