「I will probably not use Expedia again. It was too clumsy to use and I didn’t get the rooms I thought I had booked. Then the hotel can’t help you with anything because you booked through a 3rd party. And there’s no way to reach a person at Expedia. The hotel was just ok. My room had clearly been smoked in but it was manageable and I didn’t have a choice in the moment.
