「11 months old, basically new. Love the designs and color choices in and out. Only 1 thing was disturbing, probably a dead animal somewhere in the back are rotting away. The smell was not pleasant while we were at parking and pool area. 」

「My big Brother passed, had to come from Maine every month for the last 6 months. Reasonably priced, well kept, staff wonderful. Restaurant on site, wonderful, also free breakfast, close to downtown & beaches. Dolphin comes occasionally to entertain. The restaurant has live music in season. Pool on property, small beach, family of ducks, etc. Great place!」

「I feel there should be more entertainment for adults after 6pm. Maybe a music band around the bar and it should stay open after dark as an option for dancing and drinks by the pool. 」

「We stayed in the "condo like" room by the pool. It had a full kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The furniture was very comfortable, and the room was clean. It was a little warm when we arrived, but cooled off quickly. There is an ac unit in the bedroom as well as the living area. There was a dehumidifier provided that kept the room extra comfortable. We opted to not have room service during our four day stay, so we had the empty the dehumidifier ourselves. There was never too much...

「We had a great experience, drove to Fort Meyers Beach and visited Sanibel Island and Captiva with miles and miles of white sand beaches.. Cape Coral is beautiful! There were also some outlets which had great stores for shopping! Would highly recommended the area~」
