"We had such a wonderful time at this hotel. It felt like a resort! My kids played in the kids club. They created a rec room with air hockey and all the other fun games that we were playing in. But the best part was the pool and slides the restaurants were great and the staff was very friendly"

"Room was fairly clean. Carpets could use a little washing, had a room with a balcony view facing the ocean, which was nice however due to the upcoming concert event most of the time all you heard was construction early in the morning and all day. Ocean & pool very nice but not enough staff on many days as we had to get our own chairs and was never asked if we wanted any , food , drink or an umbrella. Bar staff outside were awesome. Stayed for five days and we did have to seek out extra towels, toilet paper and coffee would’ve been nice at some point if somebody came by and offered those amenities. I just think for a $45 day resort fee would’ve had access access to better amenities and staffing. The food was pretty good a little pricey, however one of the bartenders at the inside bar was not really unpleasant and at that point when he was working we preferred to go eat elsewhere."

"Expensive. Parking valet outrageous. No chairs available any where but plenty of saved seats prime restaurant expensive and you sit in the lobby. Not a steakhouse feel but high end prices"

"The best family vacation so far! The location was beautiful! The cleanliness of the rooms and the resorts overall was exceptional! It was very peaceful place. No loud parties and music. They thought of everything! As funny as it sounds I love that they even had a scale in the room :) Everything is so convenient at this place so you just leave your worries at home and enjoy your time there. We love the history of this place and that it’s family owned. A lot of the staff there works for decades which itself speaks a lot about this place and the owners. This was our first time there but we fell in love with this place and we are committed moving forward to visit there at least once a year if not more. "

"Melissa checked us in and she was awesome! It really set the tone for our great stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, clean and the beds were outstanding. It is close to the airport and the cruise terminal. We would defiantly recommend. "
