I love due to quiet ,cozy, basic services clean, good illumination & parking is included mean free parking NO extra charges.The neighborhood area is high end, I went for walk around everything clean & green the streets !friend personal.I would love to extend but I have to go .I consider to visit again.Thank you !

Just stayed one night, the receptionist was nice, friendly and always smiling. We room was good and didn’t hear any noise. There is a European buffet nearby if interested in trying something. We will stay here again next time we come back to Fort Lauderdale

My room was clean and staff was great, especially Paula. Paula was very friendly and should be employee of the month. Paula always went the extra mile. Thank-you to everyone at the Richards Motel.

I did not know what to expect when I booked this motel as reviews were good but the price during the F1 weekend were actually really affordable. I have never been so happy with a motel. From the gentlemen at the desk checking me in being genuinely sweet and making me smile after a rough day of travel and finding out I was stranded in Florida with no flight home. To the fun decor all over the property. Once I got in my room I was extremely impressed by how clean everything was. Down to the sanitized toilet seal and the brand new wrapped rolls of tp. The fridge was immaculate the stove spotless. Ive worked at 5 star hotels and this place was cleaner then them. I will say the building is older and definitely shows its age. Its not a Hilton so you do get the random bedspread and but its clean and comfortable. The shining star however is the decorations and the pool. I had so much fun walking around and sending photos my best friend. Clean cute kitchy and comfortable. Im disappointed i had to leave early because of my flight issues i would definitely have liked to stay my full trip ***there is a $50.00 cash deposit for the key that is returned when you check out with the receipt.

Le personnel était parfait. Nous avons apprécié le 5 a 7. Le lit très confortable. Le porte-savon de la douche était sale. Il n'y avait rien pour nettoyer la table,le comptoir de la cuisine et essuyer la vaisselle et il manquait une petite serviette dans la salle de bain. On nous a bien renseigné sur l'autobus à prendre pour l'aéroport.
