Check in was fast. Hotel is big no proper directions to our room. The room is not sound proof and we heard the couple next door chatting like they were in our room. Explained to manager, no solution was given, disregard concern about noise. Will not recommend this hotel.

Holiday Inn Express Ft. Lauderdale Cruise-Airport by IHG
Housekeeping staff were friendly in the halls! Our room faced a sewage treatment plant and you could smell it every time you came back to the room. Didn’t like that at all. Good location and appreciated the airport shuttle!
