"房間設施有多個問題，吹風機不能工作，到前台反應反映他們借出一個臨時給我。晚間的員工比較好及有禮貌。另外房間有一個電燈關關掣破裂，向早班的職員反映，他竟然叫我「收聲」極為無禮貌，另外我昨天早到，他表示未有房間，這個我可以理解，但翌日退房時見有另一位客人卻可以提早入住，我不知道是否這員工對亞洲人歧視。這酒店己經列入黑名單。
The room facilities had several issues; the hairdryer wasn't working, and when I complained to the front desk, they lent me a temporary one. The evening staff were better and more polite. Also, one of the light switch switches was broken, and when I mentioned this to the morning staff, he rudely told me to "shut up." Furthermore, I arrived early yesterday and was told there were no rooms available, which I can understand, but when I checked out the next day, I saw another guest able to check in early. I don't know if this staff member was discriminating against Asians. This hotel is now on my blacklist."
