「I ended up cancelling my reservation because they had given away my non-smoking king room before I arrived, and the only other non-smoking room was smelly and dirty. The desk agent was very kind and understanding and helped work with Expedia to process the refund.」

「The room was clean and great for me as going on a work trip. It’s a great 2 star hotel having the restaurant right there was a great bonus. The host was very responsive and friendly. Easy check in and check out. Only comment is bigger trash receptacles. But a great experience overall!」

「Room was roach infested, bed bugs and there was dog poop under the sink upon arrival. The linen was filthy, comforter stained. This was by far the worst hotel ever. Area ok, but the guest were sketchy as well. Expedia, remove this from your site as it is inhumane. DO NOT BOOK HERE!」

「I checked in and went to my room which had an adjoining door to the next room over and it would not lock and or shut on my side and that made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling solo. I went back to the desk and asked for a different room and explained the situation and they gave me another room where the toilet and ac didn’t work. So I left and didn’t even stay the night. There was a sign at the front desk that said “no refunds” so I didn’t bother asking and Expedia was no help trying to get...

「After driving up and seeing the terrible conditions, I refused to get out of the car. My first thought was that the business was condemned and closed! The pics posted on Expedia are NOT accurate at all. I would consider this an unsafe place to stay.」
