"The hotel is in a really rough part of the city. Next to it an abandoned block of flats. The rooms are spacious but need a few touch ups. If you just need to sleep, it’s ok, otherwise, pick somewhere else. Staff was lovely, apart from the security guards."

"Beautiful hotel and strategic location- very friendly staff - good breakfast selections. Room was spacious and beautiful with large Terrace overlooking the lake from both sides. Would have preferred to have a coffee machine in the room, but the bar was fast in providing coffee when needed. Highly recommend to friends and family."

"We visit Milano frequently and this property is very near the Church of Scientology. It is very nice, service is good and we will continue to stay there. "

"Very friendly staff upon check in. Hotel was just a very short walk from train station. Hotel room was hot but we were able to open a window to cool it off! The AC was not turned on for the season yet! We took a short walk to find a nice little shopping area with a few restaraunts. Someone tried to get into our room early evening but we had the internal lock on, thank goodness. It was kind of strange! "
