「We booked the beautiful house to stay in for our daughter’s freshman move-in at Liberty University. She actually said that this was the best place I’ve ever booked (for anything). IT IS BEAUTIFUL, inside and out. The house was exceptionally clean and even had a nice subtle fresh scent. There were snacks, which were a hit with our 3 college-aged young adults. I feel that the hosts put their heart into every detail of our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality of our hosts, and the memories...

「Great staff great hotel..just renovated close to Liberty. We had a snow storm and the staff stayed at the hotel to make sure all guests were taken care of. They must have mopped the entry way 100 times during my stay to make sure the entry way to clean and safe. Well done!」

「The room was spotless. The beds were supercomfy and white clean. The bathtub was so clean and shiny. The towels were clean and plenty. No issues with anything.The front desk personal was superfriendly, compasionate and helpful. They are so welcoming and made us feel at home here. The breakfast tastes so good, and always there is a lot of it. The dining area was clean and fresh. And we could have lemon water, hot water, coffee and tea 24/24. 「The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Not sure how breakfast was where we left early and just overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable too. 」

「The room was great, but what stood out was the staff. Has anyone else noticed how high hotel beds have gotten. I’m short (5’3”) and now I need a step stool to get in bed at every hotel. I didn’t my usual one, so I asked at the front desk. Malcolm (sorry, don’t remember his last name) couldn’t find one. So, he called his home and had someone bring his personal one. This is above and beyond service. This was not the first request, but the biggest. Hey, Marriott! Promote this dude. Now. 」

「Our room was very clean. The bathroom could have used a good deep clean. The grout and bath tub was a little grimy. Our pillows were not comfortable. They barely had anything in them. Breakfast was yummy. The sausages were not warm enough. The coffee cups were very cheap and the lids did not fit. I took a drink and it spilled all over my shirt. The staff was friendly but not anything spectacular. We would recommend this place.」
