「One of times I booked the mirror and surfaces was dirty like the cleaner was dirty. Also me and my partner got banned without a reason and when we booked following time they refused to provide service or provide explanation. Strange people」

「For the age of the building, the updated rooms were good but could have been cleaner. 」

「Worst night sleep I’ve ever had staying in an hotel, bed was terrible. Disappointed for price paid」

「Building was very clean and organised, staff very friendly and welcoming. It was a very warm day and the only fan we had was broken, and no other fans to be used, (a minor issue) but only thing that stopped 5 stars :(」
