「Verrrry poooor breakfast as compared to my past history of this property. Room 130am I had another person tried to enter into my room. The programed key they were given open the door. I had the security latch on so they could not enter. This was clearly a program at the desk in programming the key card. I exited in the am and the card given to me did not work when I returned. Had to have the desk reprogram the card. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.」

It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here!」

「The room I was assigned had an unpleasant odor. I explained that to Casey and she immediately assisted me in finding another, acceptable room. Casey was great! Travelers should know that Sparks by Hilton is a “no frills “ motel. So no note pen or pen in the room. No coffee pot in the room. Be sure to grab a cup from the 24 hour coffee area near the lobby because there isn’t one in your room. The breakfast was a self-serve, minimum selection continental breakfast. 「VERY disappointing. I'd give it 2 out of 10 TV in room did not work (wanted to watch soccer world cup) .. was told by staff that someone would come up and check it. I waited nearly an hour...nobody came ... so I called again and was told "oh yeah that TV doesn't work" (Gee, thanks for telling me now). The "barn style" roller door in bathroom didn't close entirely, leaving about a 4 inch gap. So when sitting on the toilet anyone lying on the bed can see your reflection in mirror/ TV when doing...
