The property itself was in excellent condition with newly renovated rooms and friendly staff. The only major issue was that I never received a receipt after asking for one. This is an issue because I reserved two rooms with a single credit card, but each room was paid for separately. Initially, the credit card was not charged the correct amount. The Hampton Inn desk staff told me more than once that I would get a receipt directly from Expedia, but I have never received one. I have tried contacting Expedia and the hotel directly, but as of three days later, have still had no follow up and no recepit.
