The floor, counters, and table were all dirty to the point that I kept my socks on, and they got very dirty as well. Asked for room service at the front desk. They took a note and said it would get done, it never did. The T.V. didn't work, staff shrugged it off and blamed the provider. The door didn't seal, you could see out under it, and the additional lock on the door that usually allows you to slightly open it was missing half the mechanism. Breakfast, if you were early enough, was bagels and coffee, nothing else. "
