Checked in at 8:30 pm, got lost going to the property. Asked the staff if he can use my credit card instead of the one on file. He was hesitant but I insisted. Went to my room, double lock does not work. I used the bench to block the door from inside. Had to ask for help for TV. They have direct TV and if you are not savvy with it, just go to sleep. Walls have some dirt on it. Breakfast: there were homeless people in the breakfast area. One was hitting his head with hist hands while getting food and was screaming for help. Frankly I would not recommend this place at all!

I’ve stayed here at least 3 times. This time had a rough start with the white lady at the front desk just looking up at me and staring at me until I said “hi”. She was looking down when I approached so I wasn’t going to rudely interrupted. So then she proceeded with a silent check in. I know they usually ask for ID so I gave her a minute, but when she didn’t ask, I just set it on the counter for her to use when she was ready. The next thing that rubbed me wrong just had to due w her tone. She asked if I have a car and I told her “yes and there’s another car joining. I don’t have their license plate though”. She said we don’t need their license plate. Great, good to know. But w the less then friendly start to the interaction- you can see why it’s led me to write here. Other than that, our room smelled like cigarette smoke. But I normally don’t complain about that. Anyway- I’ll probably still stay here again because it’s affordable and I’ve never gotten a noise complaint. I’m hoping this will be the only unwelcoming welcome. Other than that- I can rideshare to lavender town for like $10. So now you know.

Well, the price was good and the atmosphere was quiet. But it needs more maintenance and they should remodel more and get new sheets, towels, pillowcases, and cold-weather blankets, among other things. But thanks.

Room was fine, the exterior ground floor door had been damaged. Little concerned parking my car in the lot. Some homeless hanging out in parking lot but, biggest complaint was upon check out, the lobby door was locked at 6:20am, the female clerk opened the side door to see what I wanted, I showed her the room key and said I wanted to check out and she grabbed the key from me and said thanks closing the door! I knocked on the door and when she opened it again, I asked about my credit card being charged for incidentals, she said it would reflect in my credit card within 24 hours. I didn't make coffee in the room as I was hoping for breakfast which was advertised with room rates but, clearly that wasn't happening that day! Had to go to the local grocery for coffee and snacks before heading out of town.

This hotel is just a motel 6 with a new coat of paint. 7.8 stars is a joke. Don't stay here if you have kids. Drug deals in the lot, drug deals in the room, prostitutes on the prowl, it's just unsafe.

Late staff wasnt the most welcoming but also just seemed to be uninterested. The room was alright but the bathroom door latch was gone and wouldnt stay close, the bed was flimsy and hurt after sometime of sleeping on, and the ceiling was showing signs of water damage.

Cute, clean, surprisingly quiet considering the busy streets surrounding it. The front desk people at both check-in and check-out were brusque, but efficient. Not particularly friendly, but not rude either. The blinds in my room were stuck in the down position and I couldn't get them to move. And the shower was one of those ridiculous half-wall, no sliding glass door situations, which always makes me feel like I'm going to flood the bathroom. It was cheap. A good spot to stop for the night on my way through, but I probably wouldn't do an extended stay there.
