「All was great」

「Good location, clean, well maintained. Room was nice with a fridge and comfortable bed. There was a large group of people with children during our stay overtaking the fitness center and pool table making them unusable. Signage was not posted as to age requirements for gym, so we didn’t say anything.」

「Good position」

「Clean room and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and plentiful . Good location. Outside of building needs cleaning, stairs, rails, elevator etc. Pressure wash needed.」

「Hotel was close to our festival at Topeka. The staff was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff went far and beyond to accommodate during our stay. Breakfast was very good and always stocked for all guests. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. Check in was fast and friendly.」

If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there!」

「The pool was heated and very warm. The breakfast was good. We booked the hotel because weexpected a hot tub. Upon arrival, we inquired about the hot tub and were told it wasn’t working. This should have been disclosed on the website. We had a one way flight with the purpose of moving our daughter & her newborn back to Ohio by a moving truck due to the hurricane in Pensacola. We found a last minute economical flight to Panama City Beach gand decided to front load 2 days at The Hampton Inn...
