「Big bad breakfast is a good stop. Restaurants around good and in walking distance. Parking not so good」

「Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...

「I stayed overnight for a leadership conference. My room was ready early so that was a plus. I had a balcony overlooking the pool with a river view, in which I witnessed an amazing sunrise. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of my shower. There was long dark hair on the shower wall where someone had shampooed their hair. This was an oversight by the cleaning crew so I have to knock off a star for that. The front desk staff was very nice and offered to send someone up to clean it. ...

「The room was very dirty. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The air vent in the bathroom had 1/2 inch of dust and build up on it. There was hair all on the carpet. It you walked on the floor hair hung on your feet. There was hair on the counter in the bathroom and the night stand. The floor in the elevator and hall had something spilled and not cleaned up and it had been there so long it has turned black. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 」

「The room was clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that when the room was serviced, they did not make the bed. But that is minor considering all the positives. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 」

「A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!」

「It was the nastiest hotel I’ve been in. My family and I didn’t even lay our bags down. We just turned around and went back to the truck and book another room somewhere else. This was 11pm and still left」

「Filthy room, dead bugs, furniture and walls were in horrendous condition. The bathtub backed up when another unit presumably used the shower. The photos on the website must have been 20 years old. Unfortunately it appears to be the only option in town. The contenentall breakfast was cold cereal and no coffee. I would never return or recommend this motel. 」
