Every time I visit Florence, I stay at this hotel and they haven’t let me down yet. Check in is always quick and easy. The continental breakfast is good and the hotel is close to everywhere I need to go.

This trip was our third to Florence sine October. The first time, we stayed somewhere that was quiet, but it was old and dirty. The second time, we stayed somewhere downtown that was entirely too loud. So, like Goldilocks, this one was just right. We had a good stay. The young man who checked us in on Friday allowed us to change rooms when we realized our room was next to a busy road. We were always greeted, and we had great service. The people in the room above ours may have been auditioning for WWE (not the hotel's fault), and we had a barking dark in the room across from ours, which were the only drawbacks. Overall, this hotel is great, and we will stay here again.

I am expect someone to contact me from the expedia regarding a horrible visit that we had a residence Inn. We paid for seven days and only stayed there three that touch those wrong. There were rats and gasoline smell for days due to an outside event on their parking lot. I expect somebody respond to me as I've been waiting for eight hours now

One of the blankets had a brownish pink stain like fresh make up. There was pubic hair in the shower on thr flpor and wall with a used soap on the soap dish with a pubic hair right next to it. Stains on the couch. Breakfast was horrible. Bacon was very over cooked too dust when you bit it. Not the regular menu for breakfast just weird stuff.
