"This was the absolute worst experience ever. I booked two rooms, one wheelchair accessible for my grandmother. Upon arrival I was notified that they don’t have any rooms to accommodate. It took 30 minutes to get my grandmother up to her room using stairs. In our rooms things were unavailable and broken , amenities and other things needed in the room weren’t in there. Used items still in the rooms. When asking for assistance my needs weren’t met. Front desk was no help and no house keeping...
