The room is very clean. The staff is kind and the breakfast is great! You can have a good sleep. And the B&B is near the train station. It only takes you ten minutes to walk to the Main Street of Firenze.

The hotel staff was very friendly during our stay there. The staff had some difficulty communicating in English with us at times. Google Translate helped us a lot in the end. Even so, both my wife and I were impressed by the classical interior design of the B&B hotel, which was a bonus to our honeymoon trip. As this is a small B&B, from my understanding there are just a few rooms. Therefore don't expect abundant choices for breakfast, but the food quality is still satisfactory. The only thing that surprised me is the manually-controlled elevator at the building that we encountered the first time during oversea travels. But to be fair it is still safe to use!

飯店距離火車站有段距離，對於攜帶大件行李者較為不便，此外，飯店沒有顯著的招牌，飯店又在2樓接待處設在2樓，所以要特別注意門牌號碼，以免錯過，但並不難找，因為在大馬路旁。至於，飯店房間部分，屬於歐式風格，房間布置相當雅致，然而因為都是使用壁燈及桌燈，所以房間較為昏暗。此外，飯店隔音相當良好，加上房間較為昏暗，相當適合休息，並且床也相當舒服。飯店所提供的早餐種類雖然不多，但食物品質良好。

We actually got to a bigger room than expected in another hotel called B&B Relais Tiffany. The two ladies there were extremely cheerful and informative with the details around the Florence city. They also served delicious breakfast and the lady did not treat me as a burden, allowing me to use the computer for urgent matters. I really need to thank her for the great help. The place may be slightly old, but the impeccable service and fabulous location more than make up for the shortcomings.

It's a lovely, historic building. The room was small but all we needed for our short, one night stay. My only 'complaint' is that being called a B&B to me means breakfast is included, which is not the case. There is an extra charge for breakfast. We were offered a wadsicount so given the convenience, its worth it. But having said that, the correspondence by text suggested that the staff would be able to help us as we are vegans and didn't know if the breakfas would 674 chatracters Add photos of your staybe ven friendly. The staff me barrier so it was somewhat difficult. We do truly appreciatember tried very hard toga assist but there was a language her efforst though and she was really trying to help.

First, I'd like to thank their front desk staff, very accommodating, friendly - great job! Had an airconditioning issue, where the fault lies on "load sharing" with other guests. According to their staff, the ACs of other guests must be set to cooling so that the ACs will work as it is. It's like the AC settings are chained-up. Perhaps it's a tolerable problem during summer when the guests are very likely using the ACs all in cooling mode. Just happened that we visited Florence during mid-to-end spring - kind of transitioning from breezy to warm days/nights.

Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße somit ist draußen immer Verkehr. Aber vom Zimmer aus hört man Nix. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bad sauber. Die Rezeptionistin ein Schatz, super nett sehr hilfsbereit. Parken in der Umgebung oder halt vorm Hotel geht leider nicht. Aber sie arbeiten mit einer bewachten Garage zusammen. Die Lage ist super vom Hotel zu Fuß in einem normalen Tempo ist man innerhalb 15 min in der Stadt. Würde ich wieder dorthin gehen ? Ja eilbdie Rezeptionistin ein Schatz ist

Late arrival into Florence via train so looked for a place to stay near SMN station. The B&B was abt a 5 mins walk. Self check in instructions were provided , all worked ! It was late so we were tired. Elevator is a bit old and small so if you have a lot of people or luggage it may take a few trips! Hostess was nice , did not have the optional breakfast option.
