"Pool was empty as it was out of season so getting maintenance. But friendly vibe. Clean fresh modern and sunset was beautiful on the roof. Area safe. 10 min walk to main train station. 10-15 min walk to main tourist places but Florence is lovely so was just nice vibe everywhere. Felt very safe as a solo traveller "

"Hotel Baglioni is conveniently located right by the train station and the T2 tram to/from the airport. It is a short walk from the Duomo and the surrounding attractions. The hotel has a lot of old world charm and comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. It is a large hotel with many rooms so the breakfast room can feel crowded. The view of the Duomo from the breakfast room on the 5th floor is incredible. I would definitely stay here again."

"Rapport qualité prix mauvais. Porte-fenêtre laissée ouverte par 2 fois par les femmes de chambre (sachant qu'un balcon était commun avec d'autres chambres). Douche non étanche (et donc de l'eau partout après la douche). "climatiseur" faisant un bruit de fond en permanence et impossible à éteindre. Hotel bruyant et mal isolé. Une première carte pour ouvrir la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. Je déconseille vivement."
