「From start to finish the front desk staff was helpful , from helping me from the aiport and back , allowing me to check in early and check out later . Honestly i have lived in hotels before and just the willingness alone to accommodate me made me feel like i didnt want to leave. I am super impressed with the front of house.」

「This hotel was awesome from the cleanliness of the place, to the free daily breakfast, the convenience to stores and dining options. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The room was outstanding, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. 」

「The check in employee, I do not remembered her name was a gem. The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is SO good! Hot food and plenty of options. My only compplaint is that there was some travelinf kids sports team and they were loud. No fault of the hotel. I just may start asking about if there are teams stayimg before i book at hotels. Happens a lot. 」

「The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented...

「Staff was amazing. We arrived early from our cruise, but they made sure we were comfortable as we waited in the lobby (just in time for free breakfast) and they held our luggage in the back! Our room was ready early too :)」
