"When we check in and blithe package nobody tells you anything about the cleaning service is only once every 3 days !!!!! This is a scam because I stay in this property before three times and never was like this !!! I called The main Reservation number for Sonesta my self because the manager at the property was lying to me !!! And I called making a new reservation to see what they say and I asked especially about daily cleaning service, and they ensured me that was done daily!!!! They should fire the manager!!! "

"Hyatt accommodated us as early arrivers with a sick family member and immediately put us in a room, for which we were thankful. However, although the room was sufficient for a short time, it did smell heavily of marijuana and upon reporting this to the front desk we were immediately moved to a lovely room on the 6th floor. Staff was pleasant, professional and understanding. Pool area was clean, but many chairs were in need of replacement. Restaurant was commendable for cleanliness and light fair, but there are limited beverages offered and no alcohol served. Overall, our travel party was very pleased with this particular Hyatt and would stay there again."
