"Property was well kept Room was good but the people that clean the room was a issue like fogetting cups and coffee and clean towels room service the food was always cold Resteraunts were fair except for the sports bar which should be shut down most people were nice and some avt like they are doing you a favor even after you tip them "

"Excellent beach and outdoor pools. The resort is dated and room needs updating. The food was decent and all inclusive. For the price, it was great but don’t expect a five star resort. "

"Beautiful property, was only there for one night but the service from check-in to check-out was fantastic! Staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Could not use the beach due to seaweed issue and rough water. Room was spacious, comfortable and impeccable "

"Although a little dated, it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Only a 4 star rating due to the food quality. I mostly lived off cheese, bread and fruit."

"Unfortunately the seaweed was in the water and we did not have access to the beach and had to use the bay which has murky water. Rooms need updating. The staff was phenomenal and the food was good. Extremely difficult getting reservations at the restaurants. "

"The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. Each time at the bar the bartender tried to add things to the bill that we did not order, so beware and review your bill carefully. In addition the second time we ate lunch the waiter brought a bill that wasn't ours for us to pay. Once again, pay attention to your bills. Overall, the location was beautiful and the facilities, pool chairs, etc were nice. Food not great and location a little isolated if you are planning to do things off site, like eating out and shopping, etc. but overall we had a nice stay. "
