"The breakfast stuff at entry were very rude and disrespectful. Maria yelled at me and my wife and even when we asked for the manager she continued to be rude . Parking expenses and the system was not working. Rooms were average condition. The hot water to take shower was not easy to use. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend this place at all."

"When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that they had overbooked, gave me a letter promising me that the Holiday Inn across the street would give me the same wonderful experience. Not. I understand that hotels want to fill their rooms, but I do feel that we should have been given a call or an email as a heads up. IF I wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn, I would have reserved room. The front desk clerk acted like he really didn't give a damn and that is not acceptable. Before I sound like a Karen, I booked this room as a little pick me up from our regular life. We were in San Francisco on some business and our business has been very tough lately. Normally I'd book a less expensive place, but I wanted this to be just a little special. "
