「Loved the rental. Quiet neighbors. 」

「The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly! Anthony was so great with Smores around the fire! He went all out to make stay great! The housekeeping needs improvement as far as frequency. It needs daily towel removal and replacement. We had to go get our own stuff /towels from desk on day 3 after no housekeeping. The pool is nice but needs more than 3 lounge chairs. Beds, pillows and spacious room was comfortable and having a kitchen with glassware, big fridge and everything else u need was...

「Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

「Nice place with good location, close to most stuff in the downtown area. Self-checkin was pretty easy, aside from not getting the code in my email. But the phone support to get the code was quick and easy. Modern property, and obviously newer. ... Minor style-over-substance quibble: Add some light to the bathrooms.」

「The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was amazing. Very kind and made our stay great! The breast was fine. It is what you expect for a hotel buffet breakfast. 」

「Anna at the front desk was extremely helpful. I arrived at Tampa International Airport and was on the hot mess express train. Anna was able to give me perfect directions over the phone on where to go in the airport to meet the shutle. Due to my poor navigation skills, I did have to call her several times to ensure i made it to the right spot. I also surprised her with my crew of seven. "No problem",she said. She called, Teven, made him aware of our party size and he got us to the hotel safely....

「Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful,from the front desk to the room attendants. Breakfast was a plus. Will stay again when visiting Plant City. Rooms were recently renovated. Bed was confer table and so was the air conditioner. Only drawback was the elevator was so slow.」
