「I checked in on November 5. The white duvet cover in my first room was visibly stained and dirty. I went straight to the front desk and reported it, and staff moved me to a second room. When I pulled back the covers there, the sheets were dirty too. I took photos. I was in each room for only about five minutes and never used either one. I told the front desk I couldn't stay and asked for a refund. Instead of fixing the problem, the hotel claimed I never reported it, even though they had already...

「Very well taken care of. Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast」

「Clean but not a 5 star Hotel, obviously. I have seen much, much worse for much higher rates. This place was quiet and chill. We weren't bothered by anyone and it was quiet. If staff reads this, I forgot to tell you. Room 103, the outlet for microwave and lamp stopped working. We just moved the microwave to the nightstand instead of complaining like most.」

「Very good」

「Comfortable stay」

「Clean room, plenty of parking, and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Thank you to everyone who always go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, delightful and memorable as always. Thank you of course to the one and only Jasmine. Thank you for your warm greeting and always making sure I'm set during my stay while I'm away from home. Followed by Infiniti, Abriana, Ashley, Jay (house man) and of course Ms. Crystal You all are true meaning upscale hospitality. This will forever be my home away from home. Warm regards Christina C.」

「酒店总体还可以，周边设施也比较齐全，服务很好，都很热情」

「地點可以，熱水不熱，有大麻味」

「It’s a nice one night stay, with self sufficient carry on’s. Don’t expect to get supplies from the surroundings. 」

「The hosts were amazing! The breakfast itself was worth the cost of lodging. Beautiful area, I plan on returning for a mini vacation. Bonus points for having adorable cats!」
