Dirty floors, burn marks in the blankets, very dark lighting, druggies out in the parking lot and then in the hallway. For $50 it is what it is, but the place is a total dump.

Yes there was plenty of parking and the room was cool
The room was basically clean but not really
The chair was worn but comfortable
There were notices about holding deposit for damages however there were several existing issues that could have been addressed, carpeting is just one

A minimalist facility. When you pay less you get less. Pros: price, comfortable bed, rerfrig, and microwave and tv. Cons: no security latch, no face cloth, no tissues, no cups, no coffee maker, electrical outlets were so overused the plugs would not stay in tight, lights are minimal, only 1 wastebasket (in the bathroom), open hanger space only - no closet, no iron or ironing board, no hair dryer, minimal soap and shampoo, dirty carpet, no bath mat, no coffee in lobby unless you made a request to the desk clerk to make some, and then wait 10 minutes, no stirrers, no snacks, overall I slept OK but did not enjoy the stay due to many cons.
