"We enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful. We loved the lazy river it was open till 7 even with it being a Sunday! The bar and food was a little over priced they should consider a small fee to BYOB but otherwise we loved it!"

"The rooms were updated but the work seemed to be hastily done. Beds were comfortable but low. Overall a decent stay on a budget. Pool was clean and operational. The staff were very pleasant."

"Room and property need updating. Plumbing issues lasted more hours than stated on the notification left at our door. Nearly impossible to find parking near our building so longer walks up steep stairs were required. "

"Honestly, this stay would have gotten a much better review had they not kept part of my deposit and at least offered me some sort of a refund on part of my stay. We had to use our hotspots the entire time we were there because none of the televisions worked the entire time due to their internet service. We followed all of their check-out processes and even washed and folded all of the towels except what was used the morning we left and the still kept some of our deposit. Kind of crazy if you ask me when we paid a cleaning fee and they didn’t have to clean anything but the beds and a small load of towels. "

"Amenities were not adequately explained at check-in; I had to ask several questions. Room was dark/poorly lit. Toilet seat was dirty. Towel had hair on it. It is, however, within walking distance to several shopping and dining options. Overall, I was disappointed and would not stay again."

"My overall experience was more stressful, than relaxing. The room itself was spacious as stated in the listing, but compared to the listing it was not as updated, clean or well maintained as we were lead to believe. It was difficult to contact the host about the issues we experienced, but when we did, we were either ignored, left waiting or even having to call back about the issues. Checking in and out we’re probably the only thing that was not that big of a problem. I know I won’t be returning and I don’t want to be the one to recommend it to anyone else."
