"My room temperature was the only issue. It would get cold via AC, then hot when it shut off, and cold again. It was a rough two nights of trying to sleep with this cycle of cold, sweat and cold again. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"Parking Sevice is VALET PARKING. It was okay, buy suck because if you leave or forget something in your car you have to call Valet service to.bring your car. And also I missed it in the details $40 for parking a night."

"This is my 4th trip to the Biltmore. I have always enjoyed this property and had a wonderful time but this trip was different. The Catalina pool was closed for maintenance on my 3rd day at the resort and other pools including the Ocitilla pool were in need of cleaning. The pool tile was being cleaned while swimmers were in the pool and there was a bad film of sunblock on top of the pool indicating the filtration system was not working properly. The adjacent hot tub water was so dirty, I would not get in it. Overall, the pool maintenance was lacking. It was so disappointing and when we notified the staff on check-out the front desk staff was indifferent and not apologetic. It was disappointing to say the least. Hopefully, things will improve."

"Great location close to downtown. Clean large spacious room with separate small kitchen area with oven and fridge and front desk can provide you with welcome package containing dishes, glasses, cups, dishtowels and optional items like toasters, colander etc. can be added. Bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo/conditioner are quite small. Bring your own. Air conditioned ok but loud. Housekeeping available only for stays 7nights and longer upon request. Staff is very friendly."
