"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. "The location is wonderful! Can’t beat it. The size of the room is very good. I like that there is a refrigerator and option for coffee. (They serve fresh coffee in the lobby but it was nice to have a Keurig in the room) the bathroom was sub-par. Had to remove the stopper in the sink because water wouldn’t drain. It stayed shut. The shower was extremely tired. Cheap, Lyme build up on shower head. We did not use it. The hotel itself needs updating. For $600 for one night I expected more. But… I love the location."

We were in the suites building in a king suite that was basically 2 bedrooms with the kitchenette/bathroom in the middle. It was perfect for our family, location cannot be beat for proximity to the beach. Deck is lovely, pool is lovely, all of Newport is so convenient."
