"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. "I had a very nice stay here. The hotel and my room were clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again."

"Reserved the hotel to attend the Newport Boat Show, and the location truly was perfect, within easy walking distance to the events, restaurants, and everything happening in town. Unfortunately, the room itself felt dated and definitely needs an upgrade for the price they charge. Also, be careful with parking. We arrived early knowing our room wouldn’t be ready, but were hit with an extra $50 fee on top of the $35 parking charge simply because we pulled in at 11 AM instead of 2 PM. There were plenty of open spots, so it wasn’t a capacity issue. When I questioned it, the front desk suggested finding street parking and returning at 2 PM, not exactly helpful when thousands of people are flooding Newport. Just be aware of the timing, or you’ll be surprised by extra fees."
