「We chose this hotel for opening day. We had to store our luggage all day and go to the game without getting into our room. I didn’t receive a call to let us know it was ready until 6pm.
I understand it’s a very busy day but I’ve stayed at the Hyatt the last several opening days and have always been about to get into the room.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable and I would choose to stay there again for a regular game but not opening day. 」

「Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them!
The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck.
Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! 」

「We checked in late into our room. Room was hot so we clicked the air on. After an hour later and the temperature being 78 we decided to call the front desk. The lady answered wasn’t helpful nor did she care. Her response was “just shut it off”. After another hour of it being off and the room reaching 81. We decided to pack up at 1am and leaving to find another hotel」
