The pickle factory is a wonderful, boutique hotel, perfect setting in the downtown area for games and concerts! One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in in the area.

The decor was cute and the Roku TV, designated parking, and A/C was a great touch! However, the bathroom was a nightmare plus I feel like they should really have a mattress protector. A deep clean in the shower and bathroom is overdue. There were body hair trimmings all over the sink and a mold/staining all over the shower’s floor, grout, and walls.

Great location and the cigar and bourbon room is beautiful. The only issue we had was the communication from the property manager was the print was so small it was difficult to read and the check out procedures in hotels.com were different than the procedures in the onsite manual (e.g. what/where to do with bedding and towels) - hopefully we did the right thing! 😊
