「It's over a 170 yrs old. It's Historic and it's dated. It's also rumored that it's haunted. Its not a resort and amenities are limited. Everything is in walking distance. You are smack dab in the middle of Placerville. Huge plus. Convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful and considering the age of the property, it was very clean. The rooms were huge and they all had a pretty view of the field behind the property. This property was conveniently located near a wedding venue we were headed to. It was not fancy but it was very clean. 」

「Eden Vale is a hidden gem! We accidentally stumbled across the Inn while looking for accommodations close to Roseville. The location is closer to Placerville, but not far from Roseville. Small and quaint, the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was beautiful and we even had an outdoor tub (private). We will definitely be back when we visit the area! 」

「Here with three friends for girls getaway. Love the property, close proximity to town, walkability, parking. Loved the grounds. No full length mirrors in room, nor hangars for clothing. Because part of the building is from the 1800's, the renovations have "piped in air-con" with was through a vent in the window, but it did work.」
