Linda Davies is a wonderful host! Our room in an actual log cabin was just the getaway we needed. The bed was the most comfortable we'd ever slept in! The property is beautiful!

Beautiful cabin in the woods on a lovely property! We enjoyed our stay. A great place to enjoy a cold winter day beside a warm wood stove with a cup of coffee. About a 10 miniute drive to downtown Placerville where there are lots of great places to eat. Hoping to go back!

Great place! Just as advertised! Quaint cabin with amazing ranch campus! We got to check out the larger house too! Would stay her again in a second! Perfect base for the local wineries and Placerville restaurants.

Charming, cozy, and historic log cabin on a large private property with other cabins, surrounded by loads of nature with apple trees and grape vines, where wild turkeys roam freely. Property owner Linda was so friendly and accommodating, along with property manager Patricia who lives across the street.

Amazingly sweet staff. Each person we met was very welcoming. The room itself was small but so well stocked and planned out. It had more amenities than some large houses I’ve stayed at. Very cute and private! It was perfect for our little getaway. In winter, the fireplace heated the house very well and for the whole day! We will definitely be back

When I found this cute little property away from everything, I didn't realize it was used for wedding venues. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we reached the property, parked just outside the cabin and walked inside to see a homey, rustic new looking cabin very well kept and warmly decorated for the holiday. As we stood in awe taking everything in, there was a knock at the door from the nicest lady to greet us and make sure we got settled in ok and see if we had any questions and tell us a little about the cabins history and the area. This little cabin was so warm and cozy with the small wood burning stove that we decided to stay in for a quiet evening in instead of heading down the highway to the casino. The next morning we got up and walked the grounds taking in the views and enjoying the peace and quiet and how well kept the property was kept. If anyone was looking for an outdoor wedding, we would definitely recommend this place.
