We had to get Waste baskets put in the room and there were no coffee cups. I left my portable charger there and have not been able to contact them even after going to the website phone number and also the reservation phone number and still haven’t contacted them. I even sent an email and heard nothing back

I travel from Nevada to California every 2 weeks to spend time with my girlfriend, this has become our little love nest for visits until she gets her new place. Staff is always so kind and gracious. Is it perfect? No nothing is but I would rather stay here than anywhere else.

Our stay was okay. Check in was easy and parking was accessible. The room was clean, however, upon walking in, there was an unpleasant scent, like humid or wet dog, not sure if it was the cleaning supplies or towels they use for cleaning. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but I was able to sleep. Another thing to note is there were not enough available outlets for us to plug in our devices to charge which was really frustrating. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again but it is conveniently located with close proximity to casinos a s near by town.

I don't know where to begin. Except that the pictures shown are not the room that was given to us. The clerk called it an apartment and laughed when I said suite. Furniture in living room and dining area outdated and run down looking. There are details that should be paid attention too. Should of emptied trash out front before people arrive, clean stove. The stove was so dirty when we tried to use it the whole place smoked up. Internet was out first night for 2 hours so no TV. None of the clocks were on the correct time. To many fly traps that were outside patio door that smelled like blood. Smell came into dining area when breeze hit. Not good. There were some good points: very spacious, bed comfortable and nice view from bedroom. Dishes, pots and silverware provided and new but not dish soap or sponge so I had to buy our own so I could wash anything we used. Overall, not as expected, but not completely horrible. Buyer beware.

Looked pretty clean, but the beds are hard and the walls are thin- I could hear everything late at night and early the next morning, from both sides of my room. You’d think, since there was hardly anyone booked, they could’ve separated us more, that would’ve helped with the thin walls. And the continental breakfast? More like, no breakfast or coffee… pretty disappointing

This hotel was disappointing. After reading several reviews I was aware that they were in the process of updating rooms so we gave it a shot. We got a room that was semi renovated(new tub/shower/sink). Those were wins. Unfortunately the condition of the rest of the room was not in good condition. There was large areas of peeling paint, a dirty chair with a hole and ripped out batting. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the curtains and coverlet were old and musty. This was a huge disappointment. Had we arrived before nightfall, we would have stayed somewhere else.

First thing is first - choosing this property was a mistake for me and my family. The positives - the housekeeping staff does well as in the room was generally clean. there were no insects, and the front desk staff is friendly. The experience - this place is a junk motel that the owner seem to be making nice - but it’s not there yet. The hotel seems to have many regular residences that sit in from of their rooms smoking there are so many ash trays full of butts it’s so gross. There is junk everywhere, people working on their cars, the maintenance staff is not on it - black mold, broken lighting, stained furniture, disgusting dirty blinds from the 80s. The pool is a laugh - it always looks like a party just happened. No one swims here. The breakfast is the literal bare minimum. I don’t want to tear the place apart but it was awful and so expense. They refunded me like 10% but I’d pay so much to have made a better choice.
