「We stayed two weekday nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. When we arrived we were greeted by kind, friendly staff and warm cookies. Our stay was quiet, even though the location is very close to many restaurants, shopping, and not too far from highway 50. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner.」

「My husband and I stayed here for a quick visit. While the hotel is relatively decent and well-located, I noticed an unpleasant smell when we first entered the lobby. On the day we checked out, we also saw a roach in the wall outlet in the bathroom. Other than that, everything seemed to be satisfactory for what we paid.」

「Stayed for one night on 7/3. Got room #205 facing the street, which was very noisy, and the walls were not well insulated. Next door #204 was very noisy, and there were activities and music all night. I took sleeping pills to fall asleep. The facilities were old and too old. There was a smell in the room, maybe from the old carpet. The pillows were too high for me!」

Called the next day and sent a message through my original booking on Expedia. No response. The cockroach situation was bad. They clearly have people on vouchers and other people living there with no plan for dealing with the residue issues that come up. First time in 20 years I’ve had a problem at a M6. 「Wow! What a great place to stay. An incredible lobby, the room was faultless and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was so helpful. Parking was easy and its location near all the Paladio stores and restaurants was perfect. We even got lavender sachets in the lobby that took the experience to a great level. We definitely will stay here again.」
