"We had a reservation for 5 days and arrived at 3pm (Tuesday not a busy day) but we were denied entry since the hotel Check-in is 4pm. Rooms were available already as we saw other days. Lady at front desk said we could pay 50$ to do an early check-in. This is not how you treat guests. On the other hand, later at 6pm Justin at the fron desk was very good and friendly. It was a good welcoming. The pool was not working which is bad since we went in the start of the summer. The breakfast was fine. The area is kind of isolated. Room was clean."

"A dirty seating area while waiting to get checked in. Room was dirty and no room service except Monday Wednesday and Thursday? This was when I had to call to get new towels as the ones I have been using the past two day weren't good use anymore. Called front desk and the lady said she couldn't deliver till after 11:15p.m this was already after a long day at the conference I was attending. So, I told her I could come up and get it to which she said they had no TOWELS UP FRONT?!?!? She then told me she can had someone clean the room. Next day I had new towels, but it was the pool towels that shed when you dry off and can only come off by using the hotel towel... They also didn't give me any new bedding, so I had to sleep in the same bed sheets for the entirety of my stay. My saying is you get what you paid for, but I feel like I've been to better hotels at the same price. BUYER BEWARE."

"as we walked into the lobby to check in there was a lot of people walking around , it felt like a casino. This place looked like a large apartment complex, there were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed. They also have an event center, the music was loud and people going in and out of this event. We got a room on first floor, because my mom is disabled, it was quiet a walk to get to any room this is how big these place is. Despite all of the above of the were rooms were clean, once we got in the room you we could not hear all the noise."
