The staff responded with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, and the General Manager personally ensured the situation was handled flawlessly. The level of attentiveness, accountability, and kindness shown was remarkable and far beyond what we’ve experienced at most hotels. While plans didn’t unfold exactly as expected, the way the Kimpton Sawyer team went above and beyond to take care of us left a lasting, extremely positive impression. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is clearly a top priority, and it shows in how empowered and compassionate the staff is.
