「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「We could only stay one night, but we enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommending what to see on one afternoon, and with a restaurant for dinner. It's super convenient that it's only a few minutes from the train station. 」

「Beautiful hotel with easy access to the train station in nice safe neighborhood. Picture is of their 100+ yr old lift. That was gorgeous. Also free expressos, breakfast and cappuccinos in the lobby. Would stay here again」
